Trust and Transform your passion of yoga into a yogic lifestyle! This immersive 22 day training in Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga allows you to learn the foundations of Yoga, deepen your own practice, and learn how to intelligently structure a class and teach yoga. We like to keep our groups limited to 8-16 students allowing us to give proper attention to all students while maintaining a comfortable, learning environment. We will live together as a community in our retreat center. Classes will be held both inside and outdoors in the beautiful courtyard (weather dependent). Living at the retreat center enables you to really focus on the training, immerse yourself in the yogic lifestyle, and work on your own self discovery.
