Service Description

Yin yoga is a form of Yoga that targets the connective tissue, such as ligaments, bones and joints that are not normally exercised as much in a more active style of asana practice (yang). In Yin we hold deep stretches for longer amounts of time- a pose can be held anywhere from 1-20 minutes. In this particular class we will hold poses for about 3-6 minutes. infused with pranayama and relaxation
